DISPATCH

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 5 working days (Monday to Friday only). Delivery is usually next working day however please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

SHIPPING

We send our parcels within the UK via Royal Mail Special Delivery or by courier service. Shipping costs are determined by weight and size and will be calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to invoice for additional shipping for selected addresses (for example Highlands and Islands). Please note delivery times by courier companies are within normal working hours, 9-5pm, Monday to Friday. If a Saturday delivery is required please email the studio and we can arrange this for you for an extra charge.

RETURNS

All artworks are handmade with great care and we hope you like them. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it, in its original packaging, within 14 days for a refund.

If you are returning any goods please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit. If you are returning any items, please email or phone if possible, so we know to expect them.
